HOMEWORK:

Homework assignments are very important and account for a major percentage of your grade. You may have a homework assignment  MONDAY,TUESDAY and/or THURSDAY.  It will be due the FOLLOWING day. When I assign homework, I expect it to be written as complete sentences.   You are always responsible for the material covered in class, so review it each night.

ASSIGNMENTS:

When an assignment is made (research, test, project, homework, etc) you are responsible to have it completed and ready to turn in at the beginning of class.  If you are having computer or printer problems, please do not wait until the last minute to work on these assignments.  Your assignments must be completed and printed when class begins.  USB drives, discs or other storage devices will not be accepted. I do not accept late assignments.

If you are copying another student or another class’s assignments during my class, I will remove the distraction so that you may concentrate on my class. All drawings have to be labeled and colored using only color pencils.

Many assignments will be completed through Google Classroom.  Please register and join our class so that you can retrieve and complete the assignments.  Please check the Google classroom consistently so you will not miss assignments and fall behind.

NOTEBOOKS:

You will need a notebook for class and lab.  In this notebook you should organize your daily notes,  drawings and labs.  You will need color pencils for all drawings. It should be kept neat and current.  Bring your notebooks and all other materials to class each day.

ACT PRACTICE:

ACT practice examples and problems will be completed by all students, at least, once a week. This weekly  assignment will be completed during class.

ATTENDANCE:

As with any science course, attendance is necessary for a passing performance. I will make every effort to make class meaningful and worthwhile. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MATERIAL COVERED IN CLASS.

SHOULD YOU MISS A CLASS OR LABORATORY; IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN THE INFORMATION MISSED.
